  • What payment options do you offer? We offer various payment options including bank transfer, card payment, Apple Pay / Google Pay, and for maximum convenience, cash on delivery.
  • What transportation options do you have? We will deliver your order via a proven logistics partner with online tracking capabilities. The fastest delivery option is Zásilkovna, but you can also choose PPL for convenient delivery.

  • Is it possible to change the payment method after placing the order? Changing the payment method is only possible before the order is finally confirmed.
